Momentum continues for 5 West building in downtown Bozeman
Some of you may have heard of the 100,000+ sq. ft. mixed-use building we’ve been working on in Bozeman, MT. Last week, the project received unanimous support from city commissioners. The plan is for construction documents to be drawn up this spring, and for construction to begin in summer 2015. This project is becoming the poster child for what Bozeman residents and city officials would like to see more of downtown. It’s yet another example of CTA Architects Engineers embodying its tagline, “Pioneering Environments.”
Here’s a link to a video from the local NBC affiliate’s news story from Dec. 7: Bozeman commissioners set to vote on proposed 5-story building.
The team included: Scott Wilson, Doug Riley, Max Anthon, Kurt Ratz, Ryan Schreibeis, Erik Garberg, Dan Rister, Kayle Axtman, Matt Carr, Andy Moore, Jeff Morrison, Deb Rosa, Wes Baumgartner, myself … and a partridge in a pear tree.
