The Big Sky Town Center is a 165-acre planned unit development set in a stunning alpine meadow at an elevation of 6,000 ft. in Big Sky, Montana. It is nearly 1,300 ft. below the base areas of Big Sky Resort, Moon Light Basin, and the private Yellowstone Club ski areas. The overall master plan proposes a mixed-use product based on progressive land use principles. This concept focuses on a variety of residential and commercial neighborhoods clustered around a pedestrian-only village at its core. The Town Center is currently planned to accommodate 330,000 sq. ft. of commercial and office uses, 36,000 sq. ft. of public and quasi-public uses, 350 units of hotel/lodging, 398 multi-family units, and 93 single family homes.
