Missoula Federal Credit Union’s remodel and addition of almost 50,000 sq. ft. involved the renovation of an existing training center into a drive-thru teller component, as well as a two-story and basement addition. The final phase of the remodel was the current teller line and drive-thru main branch building. The bank’s interior reflects an organic, contemporary design and builds on LEED ideas and concepts. The birch trees displaced by the building expansion now stand as a sculptural element in the lobby along with being recycled for countertop surfaces and furniture.
