CTA recently developed land use planning documents for 1,800 acres of land at the former ASARCO smelter site in East Helena, MT. The project included a year-long planning effort to analyze the potential for development on the site and an evaluation of opportunities and constraints for the project area. CTA worked with MXD Development Strategists to complete a market feasibility study for the project area and developed three conceptual plans for the project site. CTA is currently developing detailed plans of the project area and refining the project into two development scenarios including a three-dimensional fly-through of the preferred alternative. CTA worked through the Montana Environmental Trust Group which holds as its beneficiaries the USEPA, State of Montana, and USFWS.
