The project was in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Rehabilitation of Historic Properties, resulting in receipt of federal Historic Preservation Tax Credits. Services included restoration of the exterior brick and cast concrete façade, and integration of apartments as closely within the original wall configurations as possible.
