The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints
Boise, Idaho Temple
Originally constructed in 1984, the Boise Idaho Temple has recently undergone a complete interior and exterior remodel after 27 years of operation.
The high end interior finishes include African mahogany wood moldings and trim, marble floors and custom wool rugs. These details give the Temple its own style and craftsmanship, while still connecting visually to other temples worldwide. The exterior grounds were opened up to create a more inviting park like setting. Curving paths, slate walls, and additional pedestrian gates compliment the environment. An updated water fountain reflects the new white granite facing on the exterior of the building.
The new design inside and out establishes a timeless and traditional sense for this facility allowing this Temple to serve its members for years to come.
